Honestly, I hate Prunes, but the Prune Cake is delicious. When we would go to OK to visit my Grandparents, I always requested Grandma make it and she always did.
This site is wonderful!! I am looking for the Carrot Cake recipe that came with my Cuisinart food processor 30 years ago. There is no coconut, no pineapple. The carrots are shredded with the food processor AND what I think made the cake so good, the recipe said to put strips of lemon peel in the sugar and process them together. Oh what a glorious smell. I have lost the recipe book that came with my food processor.
I’m looking for a recipe for a yellow sponge cake it was printed on the back of a Swans Down
Cake box. It called for 12 egg yolks. My Mother would make a Angel food with theb Whites
