Sloppy joes have always been a favorite with my family.

Sloppy Joes

This easy recipe for homemade sloppy joes can be made in the crock pot or on the stove top.  If you are in a hurry make them on top of the stove or if you want them to simmer to let the ingredients marry and come together put them in the crock pot for a few hours.  We like them in the crock pot because we think they are better that way.  Either way, they are good.  You could double or triple this recipe and keep it warm to serve right from the crock pot to guests.  This is great for gatherings, tailgating and having people over.  Just add some pickles and chips and you have a meal.  This can be reheated and keeps well refrigerated for several days.  You might also like our recipe for French dip sliders.
