Favorite Chocolate Chip Cookies - Copy

Chocolate Chip Cookies are a favorite at my house and these are the best ever. They melt in your mouth and you can’t stop eating them. The chocolate, nutty flavor will have you coming back for more. These chocolate chips cookies won’t last long! Children and grandchildren will love helping you make these cookies and love eating them, too!  This is one recipe you will make over and over again. You could cut the recipe in half or even double it if you want to make a lot.  These cookies would make a great gift for anyone and they keep well in an airtight container.

2 sticks butter or margarine, softened (1 cup)
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 1/4 cups brown sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla flavoring
3 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup premier white chocolate morsals
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup walnuts, chopped

Cream butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla until well mixed.  Add baking soda, salt and flour and continue mixing.  Fold in chips and nuts.  Drop by spoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet.  Bake in preheated 325 degree oven for 12 – 15 minutes.  Makes about 3 1/2 dozen depending on the size you make the cookies.  Enjoy!

Note:  You can use all chocolate chips in this recipe.  I just think the white ones add a little more flavor.

  1. Good Morning, I need to make about 300 cookies. Is it okay to make about 3 batches at a time? I have just found your website and plan on using your recipes. I own a small restaurant. I am not a cook by trade but have awesome cooks. They do not have a clue about cookies. Thanks for all your beautiful pictures and recipes.

  2. Are the chocolate chips semi-sweet or milk??? Or does it matter??

  3. Could You Use Crisco In place Of The Butter??

  4. I so want to try these and was impressed by the post that said they don’t spread much. My question is……….are they a soft cookie? or crunchy! Thanks !

Another great recipe among others. I’ll be making these ASAP. Once I write out my grocery list, I’m gonna be preparing alot of your recipes. When I make these cookies, I won’t be adding the nuts b/c I’m not crazy about them. Do you think the cookies will turn out just as good? Thanx.

  6. Hi,I made these cookies they were the best I think I have ever eaten…..I was telling my sister about them and told her I would make a big batch and mail her some. I’m like you I think they were awesome with the white chocolate in them…Thank you for some awesome recipes…..

  7. So yummy! They don’t expand much when cooking so you get to put a lot more on the cookie sheet 🙂

  8. I will most certainly be making these sometime. Until then…they’re pinned. =) Thanks so much Judy!
