Butterfinger Peanut Butter Cookies

If you’re a fan of the Butterfinger candy bars and peanut butter then I think you’ll love these cookies. These delicious treats are SO easy, they are only four ingredients. I love the buttery goodness from the candy bar combined with the peanut butter…seriously, they are just so delicious. Every time I make them, I have to make a double batch.

Ingredients Needed for Butterfinger Peanut Butter Cookies

Butterfinger candy bars

Peanut Butter

White granulated sugar

Eggs

Recipes Notes: This recipe can easily be doubled or even tripled.

Butterfinger Peanut Butter Cookies

These easy four ingredient cookies are delicious. You can't eat just one!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups of crushed Butterfinger bars about 8-10 mini candy bars
  • 1 cup of creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 egg

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients, roll into a ball about the size of a walnut and then flatten a bit with a fork. Bake on 375 for about 10 minutes or until golden around the edges.

Notes

Makes around 20-25 cookies depending on the size you make them.
