❤️WHY WE LOVE THIS RECIPE
It’s so simple to prepare, and if you’re a cinnamon lover like we are… then get ready to be IN LOVE with this pie. We adore this dessert any time, but it makes a wonderful holiday pie. Serve it alongside your Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner; I promise it will be a hit! You only need a few ingredients which is always a plus
🍴KEY INGREDIENTS
- Cream cheese, softened
- Brown sugar
- Eggs
- Half and half cream
- All-purpose flour
- Ground cinnamon
- Vanilla extract
- Allspice
- Unbaked 9-inch pie crust
- Powdered sugar (optional)
SWAPS
You can make this pie with a homemade pie crust. This is our recipe. If you do use the unbaked pie crust, we like the ones made by Pillsbury that you roll out.
🍽️HOW TO MAKE
This pie is pretty simple, be sure and let your cream cheese soften before you start the process.
COOKING STEPS
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream together brown sugar and cream cheese until well mixed (about 3 minutes, should be fluffy). Scrape the bowl and then add eggs and mix again.
Step 2
Next add in the cream, flour, cinnamon, vanilla, and allspice. Continue to mix until it is smooth. It will be runny. Pour into the pie shell (it may fill the shell but this pie isn’t going to rise, it’s the consistency of a pumpkin pie).
Step 3
Bake for 38-40 minutes until the center is set. Take it out, let it completely cool and then chill for several hours. Sprinkle it with powdered sugar before serving. We love it topped with whipped cream and sprinkled with more cinnamon.
⭐TIP
This pie is better the next day, so you can easily make it in advance. This pie will fill the pie shell, so be careful getting it to the oven.

SERVE THIS WITH
This dessert is great for the holidays and we love to serve it at Christmas. Something about cinnamon and Christmas goes really well together. It also goes really well with this Old Fashioned Penuche Fudge. You can also add these Cinnamon Pecan Cookies!
❓FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
It is half whole milk and half cream. It’s sold in the milk section of the grocery store, normally near the whipping cream.
I think that will change the consistency of the pie.
STORING
I store this in the refrigerator. I just cover it with foil or saran wrap.’

This pie looks delicious. I live in Australia and I don’t think anywhere outside the USA is a product such as half and half. Would I be better to use 1/2 milk and 1/2 cream making up the proper amount needed for the pie, or maybe just using cream.
I think either would work just fine.
Made this for Thanksgiving and it was a huge hit! We all loved it! I’m making another one for Christmas!
