PUMPKIN ANGEL FOOD CAKE
This Pumpkin Angel Food Cake is one the easiest cakes you’ll ever make. Plus it’s so good!
Your family and friends will think you spent hours in the kitchen on this amazing Pumpkin Angel Food Cake, when in reality its only 4 ingredients (without the icing) and super easy to make! This cake is perfect for when you are in a hurry and need something quick. We loved the taste of this cake and can’t wait to make it again.
1 (16 ounce) Box of Angel Food Cake Mix
1 (15 ounce) can of Libby’s 100% pure pumpkin
1/2 cup of chopped pecans (optional)
1 teaspoon of my homemade pumpkin spice
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all 4 ingredients together (if your Angel Food Cake Mix came with anything other than cake mix, just use the cake mix) and pour into sprayed bunt pan. Cook on 350 for 30 – 35 minutes, until knife comes out clean in center.
Note: This cake mix is just that, a DRY cake mix, it doesn’t come with egg whites or anything extra. This is the ONLY cake mix we have ever used to make this recipe.
You can glaze this cake if you like or enjoy it without.
Glaze:
1 cup of powdered sugar
2 teaspoons of milk
Mix together and gently pour over cake!
