GROUND BEEF AND GRAVY
If you love a great comfort food dish that’s easy to make, add this ground beef and gravy recipe to your list.

❤️WHY WE LOVE THIS RECIPE
We love easy, delicious recipes, and this one falls into that category. We really feel like the mashed potatoes are a great addition, but you can serve this over rice or pasta, too. We also love that this is made in a skillet, and it comes together quickly.
SWAPS
If you are not a fan of ground beef or want a lower-fat option, you can make this with ground turkey. The thing with ground turkey is you need to season it a little more to give it a good taste. You may need to double the amount of garlic, minced onion, or Worcestershire sauce. I would suggest adding a little at a time until you get to your desired taste.
CAN I CUT THIS RECIPE IN HALF?
Yes, you can easily make this recipe with 1/2lb of ground beef and 1/2 of all the ingredients, so you have a smaller version that would be great for about two people. This dish does reheat well, so if you make the full amount, we found the leftovers to be good.

Made this tonight to use up left over ground beef. Growing up we served this over toast for breakfast/dinner. So good!
Oh WOW! This is SO good! And so easy! I love recipes that call for ingredients that I always keep on hand. This would be a great weeknight dinner, even if you forgot to thaw the ground beef. I added mushrooms because we love them in everything. Definitely going into our menu rotation.
