CAJUN BAKED SPAGHETTI
This Cajun Baked Spaghetti is a recipe your family will love. Super versatile too!

❤️WHY WE LOVE THIS RECIPE
This recipe is a great twist on a classic! We love our original baked spaghetti so we decided to spice things up and try a cajun version. It came together perfectly and our family loved it. We loved the flavor and how creamy this dish is! It also comes together easily and is great for a busy night.
SWAPS & ADDITIONS
We make this dish with Andouille sausage but you can easily use turkey or beef smoked sausage. We use regular cream cheese but you could use low fat. You can also use any cheese your family likes. Cajun seasoning can be found in just about any spice section but you can also make your own.

This is supper yummy. Had to cook it tonite even with being 97 today.Cooked it for 25 minutes tasted it and added a little milk & 1/2 cup more of cheese since I only added 2 cups. I love all of your recipes I’ve tried. Your meatloaf recipe reminds me of my MeeMaw’s (Great Grandma). She is in heaven now.
Thank you both for sharing your recipes

You are very welcome Michelle! So glad you are enjoying them.
This was our Sunday dinner just now.My husband, being Italian, loves any pasta dish but this one was special. He had 2 servings and debated on a third. He never eats that much.He has terminal cancer so this had to be really good.I liked it too but I had only one serving. The cream cheese makes this dish and he doesn’t like cream cheese.I just don’t tell him it is in there.lol
Thank you for another great recipe. So glad to find this site.
I am so glad to read he enjoyed this recipe and I am sooo sorry to read about his cancer. I will be thinking of you and we are so glad you are here.
Been seeing this recipe for awhile and finally made it. Once again the The Southern Ladies have come through for me. Husband said it is a definite do again, that is what he says when he really like something. Thank you so much for your site and your wonderful recipes that I know will be great !
Thank you so much for the kind comment! We’re thrilled it was a hit for your family. We love it when the husbands are happy! 🙂
This is delicious! I needed to fix a meal for “meal train” I belong to so I went ahead and doubled the recipe. The only change I’ll make if doing a double again is to use ziti instead of spaghetti. With that amount of spaghetti, it was a chore getting everything evenly distributed. Definitely a keeper though!
I made it tonight , thank you. It was very tasty and easy. I put a little bit of pasta water on the sausage mix. It turned out so good.
This recipe looks delicious and I am planning to make it this weekend. I don’t see where is says what size can of diced tomatoes to use. Can you please specify for me. Thank you!
It’s a 14.5 ounce can of tomatoes.
This is DELICIOUS! I’ll make this again and again! Thank you.
In the oven now! Looking forward to this dish, thanks for sharing. ❤
As written sounds amazing; but could I use crushed tomatoes instead of diced?
Thanks ,Janet
Of course.
