Beef and Noodles is comfort food at its best! This easy dish is only 5 ingredients and the flavor is amazing. When the weather turns cooler this beef and noodles recipe is one to put on the menu. Making the beef in the crock pot and using egg noodles keeps this dish super simple. If you love this one, you will also love our crock pot chicken and noodles.
Ingredients Needed for Beef and Noodles:
Beef chuck roast
Cream of mushroom with roasted garlic, undiluted
Packet of dry onion soup mix
Sour cream to garnish
Recipe Notes: This dish can also be served over mashed potatoes or rice.

Beef and Noodles
- 1 2 lb beef chuck roast
- 2 10.5 ounce cans of cream of mushroom with roasted garlic undiluted
- 1 packet of dry onion soup mix
- 1 12 ounce package of egg noodles
- Sour cream to garnish
- Place beef chuck roast, cream of mushroom with roasted garlic and dry onion mix in a slow cooker. Cook on high for 5 hours or low 7-8 hours. Shred beef. Make egg noodles according to package (I boil mine for around 6 minutes), drain and then add to roast and gravy. Mix well. Serve garnished with a little sour cream
