Mississippi Pot Roast - The Southern Lady Cooks

This Crock Pot Mississippi Roast is super easy to make and perfect to enjoy with family and friends. We love this roast served over a baked potato but it would be great over rice, noodles, toast or mashed potatoes! Throw all the ingredients in the crock pot before work and you will have dinner ready when you get home. By using the gluten free Brown Gravy this will be gluten free. We love this roast and make it often.  The fact that it only has five ingredients makes it such a simple recipe to throw together.  If you love this recipe, you will love our Crock Pot Roast Beef!
