This Cheddar Ranch Pasta Salad is great for a cookout or gathering. We love pasta salad and this one will not disappoint! You can make this wonderful pasta salad the night before and enjoy it for a few days.

1 box of pasta shells (cooked and rinsed in cold water)
4 oz of Mild Cheddar cheese cubes ( I cut each cube in quarters)
1/3 cup of diced red onion
1 packed or Hidden Valley Original Ranch Salad Dressing Seasoning Mix
10 oz of Peas (you can use frozen or can peas. If you use frozen, thaw before using)
1/2 cup of light sour cream
1/3 cup of mayonnaise

Cook pasta according to directions on the box, rinse in cold water. Then add all ingredients and chill over night. If you really like the ranch taste, I would suggest using two packets of the ranch mix. Easy, Easy!!
