EASY PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES

These are the easiest cookies you will ever make and they are so good. You won’t be able to stop eating them. If you are a peanut butter lover, you will love these!
 
1 cup crunchy peanut butter
1 egg
1 cup sugar
 
Mix all ingredients, roll into balls, flatten with fork dipped in sugar.
Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
Enjoy!

  1. I have found heaven!!!If I lived near your kitchen, I’d be hideously obese.I must try your tomato pie recipe and cookie recipes.Your peanut butter one sounds like one I use. I will have to compare.I LOVE southern country cooking! I will return and search for more of your tried and true recipes.

  4. Made these this afternoon. Couldn’t imagine how you could make a cookie without flour. My husband liked them and they are so easy.
