WHY WE LOVE THEM

These simple treats are SO EASY! Seriously, I never mind making them because they are only four simple ingredients and take about five minutes to throw together. They are perfect for the holidays and make a wonderful hostess gift. Oh, and they are “out of this world” good! I promise you can’t eat just one.

🍴KEY INGREDIENTS

  • Crispy Rice Cereal (I use Rice Krispies, but any puffed rice cereal will work fine)
  • Mini Marshmallows
  • White Chocolate Chips
  • Creamy Peanut Butter

SWAPS

I’ve never made them with chunky peanut butter, but I would think it would work fine.

🍪HOW TO MAKE

This is so simple it takes about 5 minutes to put them together. Once you make the first batch, I promise, you’ll want to make them over and over again.

COOKING

Step 1: Place white chocolate chips and peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Put in the microwave for 40 seconds, remove and stir. Repeat until the mixture is melted and can easily be stirred.

Step 2: Add in rice cereal and marshmallows. Stir together. Using a tablespoon, drop clusters on a baking sheet.

Step 3: Place in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours to allow the chocolate to set. Makes 12-18 depending on the size you make them
