Lemon Supreme Cake Mix
Egg
Butter
Vanilla
Rice Krispie Cereal
These simple cookies would be great for brunch. I really feel like they are the perfect spring/summer cookie, with lemon and vanilla they have a wonderful flavor. Easy Lemon Vanilla Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 15.25 ounce Lemon Supreme cake mix
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup of butter melted
- 1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla
- 1 cup of Rice Krispie cereal
Instructions
- Mix lemon cake mix, egg, butter and vanilla together in a bowl.
- Add in cereal.
- Roll dough into 1 inch balls and place on an ungreased baking sheet 2 inches apart.
- Bake on 350 for 10-12 minutes until set.
- Cool and serve. Makes around 36 cookies.
