Ingredients

  • 1 15.25 ounce Lemon Supreme cake mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup of butter melted
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla
  • 1 cup of Rice Krispie cereal

Instructions

  • Mix lemon cake mix, egg, butter and vanilla together in a bowl.
  • Add in cereal.
  • Roll dough into 1 inch balls and place on an ungreased baking sheet 2 inches apart.
  • Bake on 350 for 10-12 minutes until set.
  • Cool and serve. Makes around 36 cookies.
