SLOW COOKER CHICKEN BARBECUE
Slow cooker chicken barbecue is so easy and so good.
This slow cooker chicken barbecue recipe is one you will make over and over again. This is the easiest barbecue recipe ever. You just throw it in the crock pot or slow cooker and it turns out delicious. This chicken never lasts long at my house and everyone loves it. You could double or triple the recipe for any gathering or event where you need to take a dish and you still won’t bring any back home. It keeps well refrigerated for several days if you do have leftovers. You might like to check out our recipe for maple baked beans, too.

I made the BBQ chicken for my family in Tenn. It was delicious. I used sliders for my my buns. I made cole slaw and cheesy potatoes.Thank you both for all your wonderful recipes. Most of my recipes saved from Pinterest are yours.

Southern Lady this is amazing! Threw it in crockpot early morning and after coming home from watching our grandson’s baseball game we had the most perfect bbq chicken sandwiches! Did not make any changes, topped it with coleslaw, thank you for this recipe!
You’re very welcome! So glad you enjoyed it!
Not to be picky, but you left out the worcestershire sauce in the instructions. Great recipe! My family loved it. So glad I found you.
Oh my goodness, this is delicious. I’m making dinner for a party of ten so I wanted to do a test run first. This is the perfect recipe. It’s so moist and perfectly flavored. Not too much
I followed the recipe exact and we all loved it! Super easy and absolutely delicious. Thank you for another wonderful recipe!
Can this recipe be doubled in the slow cooker?
Yes, as long as your slow cooker is big enough it shouldn’t be an issue.
Do you shred the chicken before you cook in the slow cooker or after you take it out? Thank you!
You shred the chicken once it has cooked. 🙂
This recipe would have been perfect without the added brown sugar 🙁 it’s too sweet but I will make it again minus the sugar and I’m sure it will turn out perfect!
