ROASTED PORK TENDERLOIN WITH CHERRY SAUCE
This recipe for roasted pork tenderloin with cherry sauce is so easy.
This dish is perfect for a weeknight dinner or a small gathering. It takes very little time to prepare and it’s so flavorful. This tenderloin is so tender, you can practically cut it with a fork. The cherry sauce can be drizzled over the tenderloin or used as a side. I like to serve this dish with our cold black-eyed pea salad in the summertime. I always serve it with our mushroom rice bake for the holidays.
