MUSHROOM RICE BAKE
This mushroom rice bake recipe is definitely a family favorite!
This is one of our all time favorite side dishes. It’s so flavorful and it couldn’t possibly be easier. I love preparing simple dishes and this one right here is at the top of the list. This recipe requires just a few ingredients and takes very little time to put together. Mushroom rice bake makes a perfect holiday dish. We enjoy this recipe for Thanksgiving. It goes great with cranberry sauce. I also love to serve this with our roasted pork tenderloin with cherry sauce.

Very Good! and easy to make… I made it as written except using the large package of fresh mushrooms and added cranrasins YUM!
I love this recipe so much! This is exactly how I make mine. It has such great taste and is the perfect side dish. Thanks for reminding me that I need to make it again soon!
I made this for a potluck. I used a box of Uncle Bens long grain and wild rice. I added 1/2 of the season packet to the mix. Rave reviews from all. So keeping this recipe handy. Yummy!!!! And even better—-easy and quick!
This looks so good. The only difference I would do is add some diced chicken or ground beef to it so it could be a whole meal.
How about fresh mushrooms. Can you substitute them for the jar of mushrooms?
Of course you can, recipes are versatile.
I was just looking for a recipe like this. When I was little my mom used to make a wild rice casserole. I loved it, but she never wrote any of her recipes down. This seems very similar. Thanks for sharing your recipe!
Can this be made with brown rice?
Sure!
