ONION SOUP ROASTED POTATOES

These onion soup roasted potatoes make a great side dish for any meal. They are SO easy, and I bet your family will love them. You can make this recipe your own by adding additional spices, or you could even add more vegetables to this dish. You could easily add kielbasa or smoked sausage, too. I love that they don’t take long to make on a busy weeknight for dinner, and the soup mix gives them a delicious flavor.

Awesome dish could this be cooked in an air fryer oven. loved it next time will use kielbasa and smoked sausage
I’m sure it could!
LOVE this recipe! It’s so easy, yet tasty! After reading about using one bowl for olive oil and another for the soup mix, I made an easy change…I use a Ziploc bag when coating the potatoes with oil. I then dump the potatoes into a bowl to toss them with the onion soup mix and pepper. Thank you for the great recipe!
YAY!! Love this! Glad it was a hit.
Delicious and oh so easy. I liked the suggestion of tossing potatoes in bowl with olive oil first. Will be a staple here. Russet worked fine.
These are delicious topped with a little butter when serving!
I remember fixing potatoes like this on the 80s. They are delicious!
Add little dabs of cream cheese throughout when they come out of the oven, then a quick stir to combine. So delicious. I use red potatoes with skins.
so good and easy I add cut up polska kielbasa yummy
I have made this recipe for years but instead of the onion soup mix, I have used the same brand but “savory herb with garlic” dry soup.
