NO BAKE PEANUT BUTTER BARS
These delicious no bake peanut butter bars are simple to make!
Spoil your family with these delicious no bake peanut butter bars. Only 5 ingredients and will take you no time to make them. You could use dark chocolate but we like the milk chocolate. These would be great to make with kids, since they are so easy.
No Bake Peanut Butter Bars
3/4 cup of butter – melted
2 cups of confectioners sugar
1.5 cups of graham crackers (crushed), about 11-12 sheets of graham crackers
1 cup of creamy peanut butter
1.5 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips
Line a 9X9 baking pan with aluminium foil. In a large bowl combine confectioners sugar, crushed graham crackers and peanut butter. Top with melted butter and mix well with a spoon. Press mixture into pan. Heat chocolate chips in microwave safe bowl until fully melted. I melted them for about 20 seconds at a time, stir and 20 more seconds, until fully melted. Pour over peanut butter mixture and spread evenly. Chill in refrigerator for at least 3 hours until hardened. You may need to let sit for a few minutes before you can cut them after they have hardened.
