No Bake Peanut Butter Bars

3/4 cup of butter – melted

2 cups of confectioners sugar

1.5 cups of graham crackers (crushed), about 11-12 sheets of graham crackers

1 cup of creamy peanut butter

1.5 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips

Line a 9X9 baking pan with aluminium foil. In a large bowl combine confectioners sugar, crushed graham crackers and peanut butter. Top with melted butter and mix well with a spoon. Press mixture into pan. Heat chocolate chips in microwave safe bowl until fully melted. I melted them for about 20 seconds at a time, stir and 20 more seconds, until fully melted. Pour over peanut butter mixture and spread evenly. Chill in refrigerator for at least 3 hours until hardened. You may need to let sit for a few minutes before you can cut them after they have hardened.
