My husband has terminal cancer and has to take some of his meds with breakfast. He told me he is tired of the usual breakfast foods so I set out to find something different. This breakfast bowl I made this morning. He loves it.He is a big fan of potatoes like this anyway. He can’t eat bacon but likes turkey ham.I had bacon and he had ham.omg,so good. The addition of the green chilis made it.The seasonings are perfect as well. This was easy to make.We have enough for tomorrow.Next will be the pop tarts. They look so good.Thank you for the great recipes.

I never thought to dredge my potatoes in a flour mixture before. I bet these come out AWESOME!!
What is the best way to keep the potatoes warm while you fix eggs for everyone? Or is it best to just scramble up some eggs and have it all finished at the same time?
I just set my potatoes on stovetop while cooking eggs.
