❤️WHY WE LOVE THIS RECIPE

These easy biscuit sticky buns are made with canned biscuits and are can be made in a jiffy. I love this recipe because it only requires a few ingredients but they are remarkably good. I have made these sticky buns for several overnight guests and they always rave about how delicious they are. I love a recipe that is great for entertaining but easy enough for any day of the week!

🍴KEY INGREDIENTS

  • Refrigerated canned biscuits
  • Crushed pecans
  • Caramel sauce (I use the store-bought caramel sauce that you put on ice cream)
  • Cinnamon
  • Sugar Mix ingredients:
  • White sugar
  • Cinnamon

🍽️HOW TO MAKE

Super easy and one of the best things about this dish, is you only need about 2 dishes to make this so not a lot of clean up!

Step 1
Preheat the oven to what is stated on the biscuit package. Place crushed pecans in the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan. Pour caramel over the pecans and sprinkle cinnamon over the caramel. Pour sugar mix in a Ziplock bag. Separate biscuits.

Step 2
Place a biscuit in the bag, shake, and makes sure it is covered with the sugar mixture. Place biscuit over the topping in the pie pan. Repeat with all the biscuits. Make sure they are touching in the pie pan. Bake according to directions on the biscuits or until golden brown and cooked through.

Step 3
The baking time could definitely be longer than the suggested time on the package. Just watch them and make sure they are cooked through. Once baked, invert sticky buns onto a plate for serving. Serve warm.

Ingredients
 

  • 1 7.5 ounce package of refrigerated canned biscuits
  • 1 cup of crushed pecans
  • 1/2 cup of caramel sauce I use the store-bought caramel sauce that you put on ice cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

Sugar Mix:

  • 1/4 cup of sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon

  2. I had to laugh when I saw this recipe. My father in law loved sticky buns. So I knew my in laws were coming but wasn’t a bread baker at the time. So picked up a can of Grand biscuits and made sticky buns for him their first morning at our house. He was in heaven and asked me when had I started making such delicious rollls. I laughed and said you won’t believe it but the buns are Grand biscuits. He said no way! I said the carmely pecan topping is what makes it taste good anyway! I now make everything from scratch! Yay pandemic!5 stars
