Ingredients
 

  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 1/2 cups shredded hash brown potatoes
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup cooked diced ham
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, beat together eggs, onion powder, thyme, salt and pepper using a mixer.
  • Stir in the potatoes, cheese, ham and green pepper.
  • Grease or spray a 9 inch pie plate and pour mixture into plate.
  • Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until center tests done, Makes about six servings.
