BBQ smoked sausage chili is so easy!

BBQ Smoked Sausage Chili The Southern Lady Cooks

This BBQ Smoked Sausage Chili recipe will quickly become a family favorite. It’s so simple to make, you can throw it all in the crock pot and forget about it. We love an easy weeknight dinner and this recipe falls in that category. It’s wonderful comfort food. The smoked BBQ flavor is wonderful and it reheats well too. We highly recommend serving this dish with a pimento cheese sandwich. Chili and pimento cheese were meant to be together!

    Judy, Leigh and Anne,

Thanks so much for all of these fantastic recipes. Now that I am no longer working, I have assumed the role of chief cook at home, to give my wife more time to relax. This is definitely a favorite for days when I have lots of other chores. We prefer it with some sausage with a bit of a kick.5 stars

  3. Do you drain the kidney beans or chili beans?

  4. Looks delicious! Question . . . what type of garlic? Garlic powder, garlic salt, fresh minced garlic? Your recipe does not specify the type of garlic.
    Thank you!
