Dredge chops in flour mixture, coating well. Add butter and oil to skillet and brown chops on both sides. Put chopped onion and apple slices on top of chops. In a bowl mix water, minced garlic, and honey barbecue sauce with a whisk and pour over chops. Cover and simmer 35 – 40 minutes until pork chops are tender. Makes six servings.
