CHEESY RANCH PORK CHOPS AND POTATOES WITH GARLIC ASPARAGUS
This recipe for cheesy ranch pork chops and potatoes with garlic asparagus is perfect for a busy night. You cook everything together, which makes this super easy.
4 boneless pork chops
Asparagus
halved Red Potatoes (I used purple because they were on sale)
Garlic Salt
Ranch Dressing packet
1/2 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
olive oil
Preheat oven to 400. Take a baking sheet, cover with aluminum foil and spray with a non stick oil. Put potatoes on one end of the baking sheet and drizzle some olive oil over them. Then place the pork chops and next the asparagus. Don’t forget to cut the rough ends off the asparagus. Next put the ranch seasoning and the cheese in a bowl and mix up. Scatter the mixture over the potatoes and the pork chops. Then drizzle a little olive oil over the asparagus and then shake some garlic salt over them.
Bake for 25 minutes and then put the oven on broil for about 2-3 minutes. Times may vary with each oven.
This meal is great because you get your veggies and protein and the clean up is literally throwing away the aluminum foil! TAAA DAA! Easy quick meal and hardly any clean up.
