Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • Asparagus
  • halved Red Potatoes I used purple because they were on sale
  • Garlic Salt
  • Ranch Dressing packet
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400. Take a baking sheet, cover with aluminum foil and spray with a non stick oil. Put potatoes on one end of the baking sheet and drizzle some olive oil over them.
  • Then place the pork chops and next the asparagus. Don’t forget to cut the rough ends off the asparagus. Next put the ranch seasoning and the cheese in a bowl and mix up.
  • Scatter the mixture over the potatoes and the pork chops. Then drizzle a little olive oil over the asparagus and then shake some garlic salt over them.
  • Bake for 25 minutes and then put the oven on broil for about 2-3 minutes. Times may vary with each oven.
