- 4 boneless pork chops
- Asparagus
- halved Red Potatoes I used purple because they were on sale
- Garlic Salt
- Ranch Dressing packet
- 1/2 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- olive oil
Preheat oven to 400. Take a baking sheet, cover with aluminum foil and spray with a non stick oil. Put potatoes on one end of the baking sheet and drizzle some olive oil over them.
Then place the pork chops and next the asparagus. Don’t forget to cut the rough ends off the asparagus. Next put the ranch seasoning and the cheese in a bowl and mix up.
Scatter the mixture over the potatoes and the pork chops. Then drizzle a little olive oil over the asparagus and then shake some garlic salt over them.
Bake for 25 minutes and then put the oven on broil for about 2-3 minutes. Times may vary with each oven.
