CINNAMON PEANUT BUTTER BREAD
Cinnamon Peanut Butter Bread is a recipe you’ll make over and over.
This cinnamon peanut butter bread is easy and perfect for breakfast or a sweet treat. My family loves cinnamon and peanut butter so this recipe is one we may a lot. I love this bread served with grape jelly or butter. The cinnamon streusel on top is a game changer. It is sort of like cinnamon toast with peanut butter and jelly. We can’t get enough!
Cinnamon Peanut Butter Bread
2 cups of all purpose flour
1/4 cup of sugar
4 teaspoons of baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons of cinnamon
1 1/3 cup of evaporated milk (can use regular milk)
1/2 cup of crunchy peanut butter (can use smooth peanut butter)
Cinnamon Streusel
1/2 cup of brown sugar
3 tablespoons of all purpose flour
2 tablespoons of butter, melted
1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
Preheat oven to 325. Spray a 9X5 loaf pan with nonstick spray. Mix flour, baking powder, sugar and cinnamon together. Stir in peanut butter and milk and spread in loaf pan.
For cinnamon streusel, mix all dry ingredients together and pour melted butter in. Stir until crumbly and shake over the top of bread. Bake for 50-55 minutes until tests done. Serve with butter or jelly.
