If you like chocolate and peanut butter together, you will love these brownies.  They are chewy, chocolately delights!

1/4 cup margarine, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup Kroger Roasted Peanuts and Honey Crunchy Peanut Butter (Can use regular crunchy peanut butter)
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Cream sugars, butter and eggs.  Add remaining ingredients except chocolate chips and continue to mix. Spray a 7 x 11 baking dish.  Pour brownie dough into dish and sprinkle chocolate chips on top.  Cook in preheated 350 degree oven for 25 to 35 minutes.  Makes about 12 large brownies.  Enjoy.

  1. These are in the oven baking right now. The batter is delicious. We substituted walnuts for peanuts. I know they will be even tastier baked!

  2. I shared this recipe on Facebook, and that same day one of my friends made it, and said it turned out great! Just thought I’d let ya know 🙂

  3. Just made these for some football players who are running a weekend camp for the local kids – I think these and some chocolate chip cookies will be a welcome treat! The recipe was so easy to put together, I also added some white chocolate chips and m and m’s for fun, yum!
