Whipped Cream Biscuits are only 2 ingredients!
Whipped cream biscuits are just about the easiest biscuits ever! Just 2 ingredients to make these great biscuits from scratch. You could double this recipe if you want. Serve these for breakfast with your favorite jams and jellies or as a wonderful addition to any meal. My family loves any kind of biscuit and they are gone in a blink of the eye at my house. We eat biscuits for snacks! There are lots of times I have whipping cream left over from a recipe and wonder what I can do with it. This is the best solution ever to using up a cup. It takes about 10 minutes to whip these up and you have a biscuit you will make time and again. This recipe for 3 ingredient dinner rolls on our site is a must try, too. Whipped cream biscuits are easy and delicious.
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 to 1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
Use a mixer and whip the cream until peaks begin to form. Mix in the flour with a spoon until dough is sticking together to form a ball. I just flatten out with my hands and cut out biscuits with a biscuit cutter. You can also just drop these. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 15-20 minutes. Makes 8 to 10 biscuits. Enjoy!
