TRIPLE CHOCOLATE FUDGE PECAN COOKIES

Triple Chocolate Fudge Pecan CookiesThis recipe for triple chocolate fudge pecan cookies is an easy, fast cookie recipe using a mix.   If you use your imagination and the basic recipe, you can make all kinds of great chewy cookies that just melt in your mouth!  You can create all kinds of cookies by just changing cake mixes. You could double the recipe and make some cookies for a gift for a friend or neighbor or take them to any type of gathering.  You won’t bring any back home.  Children love these and so do adults. These are the ingredients I used for these chocolate fudge pecan cookies.

1 box Betty Crocker, super moist, triple chocolate fudge cake mix (You can use any kind of cake mix, such as spice, yellow, carrot, etc.)
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil (I used Canola)
1 cup pecan pieces
1 cup chocolate chips
 
Mix all ingredients in a bowl using a spoon.  Spray a cookie sheet.  Make cookie dough into walnut sized balls with your hands.  Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes.  Makes about 2 dozen depending on the size you make them.  Enjoy!
Note:  You can add whatever you like to the cake mix such as raisins, nuts, coconut, butterscotch chips, etc. and you can use any cake mix.
