Triple Chocolate Fudge Cookies
These cookies are made with a cake mix, which makes them super easy! Perfect for any gathering and absolutely delicious.
Ingredients
- 1 box Betty Crocker super moist, triple chocolate fudge cake mix (You can use any kind of cake mix, such as spice, yellow, carrot, etc.)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup oil I used Canola
- 1 cup pecan pieces
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl using a spoon. Spray a cookie sheet. Make cookie dough into walnut sized balls with your hands. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes. Makes about 2 dozen depending on the size you make them.
Notes
You can add whatever you like to the cake mix such as raisins, nuts, coconut, butterscotch chips, etc. and you can use any cake mix.
