THANKSGIVING TURKEY MEATLOAF
Thanksgiving turkey meatloaf is delicious and so easy.
This turkey meatloaf is a must for the holidays. It’s basically Thanksgiving all rolled into one dish. It’s great for a smaller holiday gathering because It’s just the right amount for 2-4 people. If you aren’t planning a big holiday with a large group, this recipe may be perfect for you. We love it garnished with cranberry sauce or gravy. Just add our sweet potato casserole and you’re set!
Thanksgiving Turkey Meatloaf
1 lb of ground turkey
1 6 ounce package of stuffing mix
1 14 ounce can of whole berry cranberry sauce
1/2 cup of celery
1/2 cup of yellow onion
1 teaspoon of fresh sage
1 egg
Pepper and salt to taste
Preheat oven to 350. Place celery and onion in skillet and cook over medium heat until softened. Add celery, onion and the remainder of the ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Spray a 9 X 5 inch loaf pan and add all ingredients. Bake meatloaf for an hour or until tests done. We like this loaf garnished with cranberry sauce or gravy. Serves 4.
