S’mores Bites
Ingredients
- 48 Ritz Crackers
- 7- ounce jar of Marshmallow Creme
- 24 ounces of chocolate almond bark
- ½ cup of crushed graham crackers
Instructions
- Place 24 Ritz crackers on a large baking sheet. With a knife, spread a layer of marshmallow fluff on each cracker. Then place another cracker on top to create a sandwich cookie.
- Place the chocolate bark in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in the microwave until entirely melted. About 1-2 minutes or so. Dip the cracker sandwich in the melted chocolate, using a fork to turn it over and get it fully covered. Then place back on the baking sheet. Repeat with all the cookies.
- Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the top of each cookie.
- Then place in the refrigerator to chill for 20-30 minutes to let the chocolate harden. Store in an air-tight container.
