SAUSAGE MUSHROOM QUICHE
This easy sausage mushroom quiche will quickly become a family favorite.

My family loves this easy quiche. The mushrooms with the sausage, plus the seasonings add so much flavor. This easy recipe is perfect for any weekday breakfast but it’s also fancy enough for a brunch or small gathering. If you happen to have leftovers, they reheat great. I like to garnish my quiche slice with sour cream.

This was very, very good, as printed. I made 2 at the same time, as I knew I would love it! I just wondered if it could be made as crustless??
So glad you enjoyed it! I’m sure this quiche would work fine crustless. Good luck!
This was my first time making a quiche and it turned out perfect and was de l I c I o u s. I like the fact that it calls for ingredients that most people would have on hand, or can found at any supermarket. I served only the quiche but next time I will probably serve it with fresh fruit. My husband liked it so much he wants leftovers for lunch.
