PIMENTO CHEESE SAUSAGE BALLS

 

These pimento cheese sausage balls are a delicious twist on a classic. If you love pimento cheese like we do, definitely add these to your recipe list. Great for any gathering and super easy to throw together. We make sausage balls every Christmas Eve and these are a great addition!

Pimento Cheese Sausage Balls

2 cups of Bisquick

1 1/2 cups of Pimento Cheese Spread

1 lb of Mild Country Sausage

Preheat oven to 350.

Mix all ingredients together. Roll in to one inch balls and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes.

Tip: you can use any pimento cheese that you like. We like it with our pimento cheese spread because it has cream cheese in it and makes these little treats very moist.
