Honey Baked Chicken Breasts Ingredients needed:

Boneless chicken breasts (Could use thighs or legs, too)

Corn flakes

Honey

Salt and Pepper

Honey Baked Chicken Breasts

This is an easy recipe for baked chicken breasts. They honey really adds a wonderful flavor.

Ingredients

  • 2 to 4 boneless chicken breasts Could use thighs or legs, too
  • 2 cups corn flakes crushed
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  • Put corn flakes in a plastic bag and crush as fine as you can get them. Add salt and pepper to crumbs and pour into a bowl. Put honey in a second bowl. Dip chicken in honey making sure it is fully coated, then in cornflake crumbs.
  • Spray baking dish and bake chicken in preheated 375 degree oven for about 60 minutes until golden brown.

  3. This reminds me of the fabulous fried chicken served at the famous Pirate House in Savannah Ga. They have a delicious honey and pecan glaze drizzled over their chicken. I plan to make this very soon.
