Pineapple Cake

This recipe is quick, easy and your family and guests will love it anytime! It is wonderful to take to any event or gathering and you won’t bring any home. It is delicious with coffee and makes a great snack with milk. This recipe is a good dessert to throw together when you need something in a hurry or just want something sweet.  You could try different flavors of pudding for variety such as banana or maybe even chocolate or butterscotch.  Try adding fruit on top along with the coconut such as strawberries. I love the versatility of this recipe and how fun it is to experiment with different ingredients. Here is a bit of trivia for you.  Did you know Duncan Hines is a person and he is from my state of Kentucky!   You might also like our recipe for lemon fruit cake.

I have never tried it, so I can’t advise, however I don’t see why it wouldn’t work.
