CROCK POT COCA COLA PORK CHOPS
Coca cola pork chops recipe is a great way to prepare this meat and a wonderful weeknight meal.
Coca Cola Pork Chop recipe is real easy and real good and a great crock pot recipe. This makes a great main dish and if your family likes pork chops they will love this recipe. You might also like our recipe for cheesy ranch pork chops.
Coca cola pork chops will quickly become a family favorite.
4 to 6 pork chops (I used bone-in, center cut chops but any pork chops will do)
1 cup coca cola (can use diet coke, pepsi, or any cola drink)
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup ketchup
1 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons grape jelly (Optional)
1 teaspoon minced garlic
Brown chops in skillet on top of the stove. Place in crock pot. Whisk together the coke, brown sugar, black pepper, salt, ketchup, chopped onion, jelly and minced garlic with a wire whisk. Pour over chops. Cook 7 to 8 hours on low or 4 to 5 hours on high. Serve chops with the gravy poured over them. Makes 4 to 6 servings. Enjoy!
Note: These chops are so tender they just fall apart. You could double or triple this recipe and pour over just about any pork roast or ribs. I like to serve them over my fried cornbread recipe or mashed potatoes.

Been using this sauce for years, on pork and chicken. It’s tried and true and everyone I’ve served it to loves it.
Can you use diet coca cola?
Of course. 🙂
I used apple juice and and orange jam. It was in the house and thought it might give a fruity flavor to the chops. And it saved a trip to the grocery store. haha
I have made these several times ow as my family fe4ll n love with them. My husband who is a Coca-Cola Addick especially loves it when I use this sauce on pork ribs, The4y turn out so tender they fall apart. I must note though I have cut the recipe[e in half so as not to have leftover sauce.
Can I use sugar free blackberry jelly ??
I have not tried it but see no reason why it would not work for you, Pat.
Is the grape jelly for flavor? Also could jam be used if I don’t have jelly?
Yes, Tina, and I think jam could easily be used.
I’m trying this with cherry Coke … That’s all I had.. Keep your fingers crossed!
Would this come out as well if I used a boneless pork loin??
Yes, I think you could do that Terri.

Yes, just cook until chops are tender.
