CRANBERRY PECAN CAKE MIX COOKIES
These Cranberry Pecan Cake Mix Cookies are so easy!
We love to make these cookies during the holidays but honestly, they are great any time. They are only five ingredients and so easy to make. If you like cranberries, you’ll love these cookies! You might also like our Snickerdoodle cake mix cookies.
Cranberry Pecan Cake Mix Cookies
1 box of White Cake Mix
2 eggs
8 tablespoon of melted butter
1 cup of Craisins
1 cup of chopped Pecans
Mix all ingredients together and chill in the fridge for an hour. Preheat oven to 350. Spray a baking sheet with non stick spray. Use a spoon and drop cookies on cookie sheet. This dough is sticky so you may need to use two spoons in order to get the mixture off the one spoon. Drop golf ball size dough on the sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden around the edges. Makes 20-25 cookies depending on the size you make them. Enjoy!
