  • 2 tablespoons of butter room temperature
  • 6 ounces of pimento cheese spread
  • 1/2 cup of sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
  • 3/4 cup of real bacon bits
  • Ritz Crackers

  • Combine, cream cheese, butter, pimento cheese, sharp cheddar and smoked paprika in a bowl and mix with a mixer. Once combined, line a bowl with saran wrap and add cheese mixture to the bowl. I used real bacon bits because it cuts down on the grease of fresh made bacon.

    Question ladies!
By real bacon bits, do you mean those in a jar or do you fry your own bacon?
    Thank you!

I use the ones in the jar/package but you can easily make your own, but you will need to really get the grease off of the bacon.
