This easy bacon pimento cheese is a hit!

This delicious pimento cheese ball is so easy to make and great for any gathering. My family loved it with Ritz crackers. It’s really the perfect appetizer because it’s so simple and taste wonderful.  Pimento cheese is something we enjoy year round, so to enjoy it in a cheese ball is even better. Bacon Pimento Cheese Ball Ingredients

8 ounces of cream cheese, softened

2 tablespoons of butter, room temperature

6 ounces of pimento cheese spread

1/2 cup of sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1 teaspoon of smoked paprika

3/4 cup of real bacon bits

Ritz Crackers

Combine, cream cheese, butter, pimento cheese, sharp cheddar and smoked paprika in a bowl and mix with a mixer. Once combined, line a bowl with saran wrap and add cheese mixture to the bowl. Chill in refrigerator for an hour, then remove and use form into a ball. Roll ball in bacon bits and serve with Ritz crackers. I used real bacon bits because it cuts down on the grease of fresh made bacon. You can use whatever you like. Enjoy!
