Corn chips or scoops

Brown ground beef, onion and green peppers in a skillet on top of the stove. Drain. Combine with chili beans, tomatoes, salsa, onion, green pepper, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, black pepper, salt and hot sauce.  Mix in the 1 cup crushed corn chips. Pour into a 2 quart casserole dish.   Bake in preheated 375 degree oven, covered for about 30 minutes.  Can sprinkle shredded cheese on top while hot or serve to guests along with sour cream, corn chips or scoops and extra salsa.  Makes 8 to 10 servings.  Enjoy
