My whole family loves cranberries and cranberry sauce just about any way you fix it. You can also add chopped apples or use pineapple chunks in place of the mandarin oranges. Coconut is good, too. We like it with just the three ingredients best and I don’t just make this during the holidays. We like this as a salad anytime with a meal.
2 (15 ounce) cans whole cranberries in sauce
2 (14 ounce) cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 cup chopped walnuts
Mix 3 ingredients together.Makes about 8 servings.
