PECAN BISCUITS – 4 INGREDIENTS

Pecan biscuits only have 4 ingredients!
1 cup Bisquick or any baking mix (You can make your own baking mix using my recipe)
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Mix Bisquick and pecans. Stir in buttermilk until a ball of dough is formed. Pat or roll out on floured surface. Cut out with a small biscuit cutter or could use cookie cutters. Place on ungreased baking sheet in preheated 400 degree oven. Brush melted butter on tops. Bake 7 to 8 minutes. Makes 12 small biscuits. Enjoy!
Note: If you want to toast the pecans first this will add to the flavor of these little biscuits but you don’t have to toast them.
