MINI PECAN PIES
These Mini Pecan Pies made with Cinnamon Rolls are super easy and absolutely delicious. These are perfect for any holiday gathering because they only take about 20 minutes to make. These delicious mini pecan pies are only 5 ingredients, without the whipped cream. You will see two versions of this super easy dessert below. Enjoy!
1 (13 ounce) can of cinnamon rolls (makes 8)
1/2 cup of chopped pecans
1/3 cup of brown sugar
2 tablespoons of butter, melted
1/4 cup of brown sugar and cinnamon cream cheese spread (made by Philadelphia cream cheese)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray 8 cups of a 12 cup muffin tin with cooking spray. Pat each cinnamon roll into one muffin cup to form the crust. Combine other ingredients together and put a spoonful on top of each cinnamon roll. Bake for 14-18 minutes until rolls are done and top with whipped cream and a little cinnamon. If you would rather use the icing from the cinnamon rolls, go right ahead. We loved them both ways!
