These oatmeal pancakes are easy, healthy and good!  Try them for a great breakfast for your family.

 1 cup buttermilk
3/4 cup quick-cooking oats, uncooked
1 egg
1/2 cup flour (could use half wheat flour)
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Mix all ingredients together.  Blend well with wire whisk.  Spray hot skillet with cooking spray and pour pancake mixture onto skillet to make pancakes.  Makes 8 to 10 medium pancakes depending on size.  Enjoy!

  3. That is awesome, we eat this hot cereal called Zoom, it is whole wheat cereal and I have made pancakes with some of it added, makes the pancaked so good and a little bit healthier. 🙂
