Homemade Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer is always better than store bought.

This pumpkin spice coffee creamer is wonderful anytime of the year.  We like it better than the store bought creamer and you know what is in it.  I always say homemade anything is better and this creamer is easy to make with just a few ingredients.  Most people that don’t like pumpkin will like this creamer.  It is just that good.  This keeps well in the refrigerator for days depending on the date on your half and half.  Make some for a friend.  They will love it, too.

Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer

1 3/4 cups half & half

1/4 cup 100% pumpkin

3 tablespoons maple syrup

1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (You can make your own here)

1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Mix together the half & half, pumpkin, maple syrup and pumpkin pie spice in a pot and heat on top of the stove about 2 minutes until you see bubbles and steam.  Stir a couple times while heating.  Do not boil.  Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and sweetened condensed milk until well mixed.  Store in container in refrigerator.  Keeps about 8 days depending on date on your half & half.  Makes about 2 1/2 cups of creamer. Shake before using. Use in coffee to taste. Enjoy!
