HOMEMADE HOT CHOCOLATE MIX
Hot chocolate mix is easy to make and delicious!
This is such a simple recipe for homemade hot chocolate mix. I keep it for months with no problems. You can double or triple the recipe. I usually double this recipe and keep in a pint jar. It is wonderful when you want something warm in cold weather and makes a great gift. Most children love hot chocolate. Just add some marshmallows or whipped cream on top for a quick treat.
Homemade Hot chocolate mix makes a great gift for any occasion.
6 tablespoons white granulated sugar
4 tablespoons 100% cocoa
1/4 teaspoon table salt
Whisk the 3 ingredients together and store in an airtight jar or container. Heat 1 cup milk in the microwave and add 1 tablespoon of the hot chocolate mix and stir. This recipe for mix makes 10 cups of hot chocolate. Enjoy!
