HOMEMADE HOT CHOCOLATE MIX
Homemade Hot Chocolate Mix is delicious and so easy to make! I keep it for months with no problems. You can double or triple the recipe. I usually double this recipe and keep in a pint jar. It is wonderful when you want something warm in cold weather and makes a great gift. Most children love hot chocolate. Just add some marshmallows or whipped cream on top for a quick treat. There is nothing like a good book and a hot cup of this chocolate mix on a cool fall day or a cold winter afternoon. My entire family loves this recipe and we drink it year round.
Homemade Hot chocolate mix ingredients needed:
White granulated sugar
100% cocoa
Table salt
Last year I made this up in cute little jars of this, added a small bag of marshmallows and peppermint sticks and gave it to the neighbors with their holiday goodie bags. This is a very simple way to give a great gift. I like to double this recipe, make it all up in a big bowl and then spoon it into cute little jars.
