HANDY FOOD TIP – FREEZING AND KEEPING MARSHMALLOWS FRESH

Freezing Marshmallows:  Leave in the original bag and place in a large zip lock bag.  Freeze.  Remove and thaw the amount you need.  Once thawed they become soft again.  Use frozen marshmallows with 4 months for best results.  If you have marshmallows become hard in the pantry, add a couple slices of bread to the bag.  They become soft again in about 2 days.
