Crock Pot Pork Chili The Southern Lady Cooks

Crock Pot Pork Chili is one of our favorite dishes.  I love it when the weather starts turning a bit colder because I instantly want to make chili. It’s just such an easy dish and my family loves it. This pork chili is one of our favorites. The ground pork and BBQ sauce add such a fabulous flavor to this dish. Make this easy crock pot recipe to watch the game, for any tailgating party, or for just a cozy night at home. It really is a good idea anytime! Plus, it’s so simple to prepare.

Ingredients Needed for Crock Pot Pork Chili:

Ground Pork

Chili powder

Dried oregano

Rotel tomatoes

Diced tomatoes

Hunts tomato sauce (basil, garlic, and oregano)

Kidney beans

Pinto beans

Honey barbecue sauce

Smoked paprika

Recipe Notes: I like mild Rotels but if your family likes extra spicey then you can always use medium or hot Rotel tomatoes. Feel free to use any flavor you like of BBQ sauce in this dish. We always garnish with sour cream, cheese, jalapenos, and Fritos.

Crock Pot Pork Chili

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs of Ground Pork
  • 1.5 tablespoons of chili powder
  • 1.5 teaspoons of dried oregano
  • 1 10 ounce can of mile Rotel tomatoes, not drained
  • 1 can of diced tomatoes not drained
  • 1 8 ounce can of Hunts tomato sauce (basil, garlic and oregano)
  • 1 16 ounce can of kidney beans
  • 1 16 ounce can of pinto beans
  • 1/2 cup of honey barbecue sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika

Instructions

  • Brown ground pork, drain and add to crock pot. Add all other ingredients and cook on low for 4-5 hours. Great served with cheddar cheese, jalapenos and sour cream.
